提醒您
1.預訂主廚桌可近鄰廚房，可了解整套料理過程，將但將會有與他人併桌的可能。
2.在用餐當日三天之前，來信或來電取消訂位，扣除金流系統手續費5%後，皆可獲全額退費。
3.在用餐日前兩天內，已完成備料的原因，無法退款，建議來賓可以把位子轉讓給友人。
4.若因天災等不可抗拒因素，由主關機關發布停止上班上課，將會休息。當然，我們會協助您更改訂位日期，或是辦理退費。

Original Tasting Menu Price: 7500 NT, Summer Special Price reduced to: 3600 NT (alcohol and beverages not included)

Please note that a deposit of 1500 NT is required to secure your reservation which can be paid online
Friendly reminder:
1. We have two kinds of tables available for booking: chef’s table and regular table. Chef’s table offers full view of the kitchen; however, the table is communal and you may be sharing the table with other guests
2. Cancelling is possible up to three days before the actual date of the reservation, either by phone or by e-mail; however, a handling fee of 5% will be charged before the deposit is refunded
3. Within two days of the date of reservation, due to the fact that the preparation for your meal has already been underway, we will not be able to cancel your reservation. It is recommended to transfer your reservation to your friends or other family members.
4. (We reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the costs for the tasting menu in the case of no-shows.)
5. Due to the natural disasters or any unforeseen circumstances which result in the official cancelling of the regular work days, we will be closed. We will either fully refund your deposit or contact you personally to rebook your reservation to a time which best suits your busy schedule.
