Feuille food Lab’s Silent Voice

Two years and half of planning and waiting , the building has finally come to fruition. What’s left is perhaps more months of patience before the interiors would take form. To keep in sync with Feuille food Lab’s principles, the interior would adopt a refined rustic contemporary atmosphere through the components of wood, slate, concrete and a hint of stainless steel to tie the separate elements together, while the foliage graces and livens up the exterior of the building . The floor will be a mix of hardwood and slate tiles. The kitchen will occupy a major part of the third floor space while leaving enough room for a chef’s table of ten. Customers seated at the chef’s table would be able to see their meals being prepared and delivered by the chefs who made them and a short tour of the kitchen is also possible for those seated above in the fourth floor. A large display cabinet will feature particular ingredients, books, and glassware for those who may be interested. Alas, the staff could not contain the excitement for Feuille food Lab’s kitchen because it would offer the space and equipment that was not available to us before. We could not wait to start cooking in there and bringing to your dinner table our wonderful dishes.
